We are a compliance and filing practice, not a law firm: we prepare and file applications and deal with departmental queries on your behalf.
How is your pricing structured?
We quote a fixed professional fee for your specific case before any work begins, and any government fee is shown separately so you can see exactly what goes to the department and what comes to us. The quote does not change once work starts unless the scope does.
Do you work outside Gujarat?
Yes. Our office is in Ahmedabad and we file across India. Most registrations are central or fully online, so location is rarely a constraint. Where a filing is state-specific — Shop and Establishment, PSARA, professional tax — we file under the relevant state's rules and tell you upfront if that changes the timeline.
How long does a typical registration take?
It varies genuinely by service. Udyam is a day. GST and IEC take about a week. FSSAI ranges from a fortnight to two months depending on category. Trademarks take twelve to twenty-four months to full registration, though you can use ™ from the day of filing. Each service page states its realistic timeline rather than a marketing figure.
What if my application gets rejected?
Most rejections come from document mismatches, which is exactly what our pre-filing check is designed to catch. If an application we filed is rejected because of an error on our side, we correct and re-file at no additional professional fee.
Can you take over filings my previous consultant handled badly?
